Which is exactly why I'm not clear on it.
I am a continuing customer and am loath to change over until forced. All
AT&T has are Nationwide plans. They are expensive for someone who's
running 1200+ min/mo and hasn't been out of the state in 2 yrs. I'll
stay with my unlimited local.
