+1 Don't know what the issue is, but I also gave up and switched to a
third party DNS. Even with the slightly larger ping times, response
times and consistency is greatly improved. Still prefer GCI over &*#$,
but that certainly doesn't mean that they are perfect.....as in 10+ min
waits to speak with anyone and annoying modem dropouts and.... :-)
