Everyone: the silence that has come from these very reasonable requests are
instructive. If not *one* supposed director of this legal entity feels any
obligation, responsibility, or integrity to honestly answer the question
then we have our answer already.

I urge you all to not waste your money on something that apparrently has
absolutely no value worth defending. I also have to suggest that perhaps
that each of the individuals involved in this albatross should resign your
post and any leadership role within AKLUG. If you don't have the integrity
and fortitude to explain your position, but have the gall to ask for money
all the same, you are *not* the ones any of us should want representing us,
legally or otherwise.

You know, Fielder, it's unfortunate that it's come to this. I like you
personally, and appreciate what you've done for the group in the past. But
nothing you've done allows you the right to refuse to answer reasonable
questions about a group that belongs to us all.
