Kevin,
Can't speak to Suse10.3 but I have a desktop that originally was
installed with ubuntu/kubuntu 7.10, this system did not have a wireless NIC
in it at the time the OS was installed, and was networked only with an RJ-45
hard cable. I had to move this machine to another location in the house
which does not have a network drop so I popped in a linksys WMP54G. No muss
no fuss, the system booted, detected the card and when the password for our
WPA AES network was entered it connected right up. However the card only
supports 11g.
