[aklug] Kernel doc

Greetings:

The mostly complete doc used in the presentation is now available at:

   http://www.nevaeh-linux.org/docs/kernel-compilation.pdf

The complete tetex source, etc., use to generate the doc is now available
at:

   http://www.nevaeh-linux.org/docs/kernel-compilation.tar.gz

I do have to finish off that last section, and I'll let everyone know when I
do. Until then, have at it. :-) Be kind, though, it's really a rough
draft and has little to no editorial review.

Standard disclaimer: it's not remotely complete, definitive, or accurate, and
I tend to make a lot of stuff up. Hopefully that doesn't diminish it's
usefulness as a place to start. ;-)
