This is primarily for Greg Madden, but all should be aware of our
corporate responsibilities and the cost of being a not for profit
corporation in the state of Alaska.
Last week, I picked up the business license renewal notice from the post
office box and Jim Gribbin wrote the check. I dropped it in the mail, so
AKLUG will have a business license for another two years.
This reminded me that the Biennial Report is probably due also. As I
remember, Greg Madden is the registered agent for the corporation, so he
should have received a notice to submit the report. If not, we (the
officers) would do well to take appropriate action.
As Secretary, I will investigate the matter from the web and report back.
Cheerio!
