You might consider taking a look at FreeNAS:

http://www.freenas.org/

It's based on M0n0wall, should run just fine on the hardware you have
available and supports most of what you are asking for (NFS, FTP, CIFS).
It also has a fairly intuitive GUI for administration. As others have
pointed out, MySQL should probably be considered out of scope.
