Wanted; Laptop memory, 256M PC100

I am looking for memory for my Dell Inspiron 7500.

I need one 256 meg, PC100, 144 pin SODIMM.
I could use a second one if the price is right.

I am trying to get enough RAM into this thing to install and run
Kubuntu or something similar.
