PHP is open source so you can download it at www.php.net but if your Web
Hosting company does not want it installed you are out of luck. Like Mike
said, use another web hosting company even if it's just a portion of your
website. If it's a small app you could also port it to another language
they do support such as ASP.NET or Cold Fusion. What Hosting Company is it?
