Hey, I was the first employee hired for ACS Internet after they bought ATU, to setup the IP services. We finally brought in PTI's IP services and rolled at the Nortel 1Meg Modem platform, and moved the main PTI POP from Arctic Blvd. to NWC. ^^
  So the fiber outage you are referring to is not affecting ACS:

  The ACS Internet outage had to be some other reason.
