Well, from my perspective, it's this:

Wrong 1: copyright violation (i.e., pirating others work)
Wrong 2: Harassing/suing people for downloading files that aren't in
fact copyrighted material (they just appear to be), or harassing/suing
12 year old kids or grandmas that wouldn't know a bittorrent from a bite
of pie...
