As far as I know, GCI doesn't throttle; I get what I pay for... If you
haven't already, try forwarding TCP ports
6881-6999 for bittorrent traffic, this will speed things up. I haven't yet
encountered any service blocks from GCI either, I must say, they let me get
away with alot, ty ;p)
