System cooling

Here's what I've got.

   1. Server with SATA drives
         1. 2 drives in a software RIAD setup
         2. 1 drive by it self
   2. It stays on all the time
   3. I checked it today and noticed the drives are HOT

I was at CompUSA today. Had to get a SATA card. I noticed there are all
kinds of hard drive cooling options. One was a two fan deal that you
attach to the bottom of the drive. I was thinking of getting a couple. I
also noticed other cooling options for the system. I think the one I was
looking at sucked hot air from the system and blew it out the back. I
wasn't sure what to get so I didn't get anything.

Questions

   1. Do I need to get anything? ( maybe I don't )
   2. If I do get something what should I get?
         1. Hard drive cooling system of some kind
         2. System cooling of some kind
