Don't rule out Cisco just yet, I picked up 2 SOHO91s on Ebay for about
$60 each, incl shipping. That is about the same price as a new BEFSR41.
As Chris recommended M0n0Wall is good, so is Smoothwall, both *nix based
routers with tons of features.
