Wiki problems

I am having problems with the AKLUG wiki. Attached is a text file with
the record of what happend. Couldn't remember my username/pass,
usually write that stuff down but can't find a record of it. Unable to
create a new user, unable to send a trouble ticket.

On another note, if someone does have wiki access it would probably be
worthwhile to insert some newlines, at least between the sections.

There was a problem adding "" to the system: Hook _horde_hook_signup_preprocess
in application horde not called.
