It's going to vary with each ISP. Probably 5 or 10 MB - that seems to
be pretty common. But even if you can send an 18 mb file, it doesn't
mean the recipient will be able to receive it. Probably they won't.
Problem is, the mailer will keep trying, send up to 10 mb of it, then
abort. They try again in four hours for several days.

FTP or posting on a web page is a much better option, IMHO...
