I went to charter for NT/2000 training. We had to go through a required
DOS course. I herd they replaced the DOS course with a Linux one.

A guy taking the Linux course came to one of the meetings. He asked
about distributions and what would be best for learning etc... From what
I remember it didn't sound like the course offered much. That was my
take on it.

Knowing a few Linux shell commands doesn't make you a Linux admin. It's
a step in the right direction though.
