OpenSuse 10.1 instructions

Just found the 10.1 instructions. Don't know why I didn't see it the
first time.

For those who don't know OpenSuse doesn't come with multimedia
software. You have to add it all in after you install OpenSuse. The
above link tells you how to do that.
