How does one tell whether or not the cpu is 64 or 32 bit?

"TYAN Transport GX28 Barebone Server-Rackmount AMD 8131+8111 Dual
Sockets 940 Dual AMD Opteron 800/1000MHz HyperTransport FSB - Retail"

I have a possible use for such a 1U rack mount server. I would like to
get into the 64 bit world. fgd.
