Hi Ron,

What happened between the last time it worked and the first time it did
not? Was anything new installed or did someone change something in the
BIOS? Does the card(s) seat correctly in the bay and have you looked
inside the bay to see if a pin is bent over or something foreign got
stuffed in there? Is this dell under warranty, they are having a huge MB
problem that they are scrambling to fix.
