aklug mirror server

I'm working on the mirror server. Right now I'm updating CentOS and
Fedora. I'm also downloading the Suse updates. I thought about getting
all of Suse but that would take to long.

The Debian scripts aren't working. I ran both and all I get is an error
message. So much for the great and powerful Debian.
