The first time I received an error message back was an email sent at
about 2:30. I immediately followed the link back to Spamhaus. I was no
longer blacklisted at that point, but they had a notice that it
sometimes takes an hour or so for everybody to get updated once you've
be de-blacklisted. I tried to send another email about 4:30 to someone
on alaska.net. Got the same error. Thats when I assumed the lack of
rsync as they recommended doing so every 30 min.
I do seem to be able to send now to ACS' mail servers, at least it's
been 10 min. and I haven't heard back yet.

I hadn't noticed until Jon pointed it out, but my mail servers IP seems
to be wandering. It could be a related issue I suppose.
