Aklug server and debian mirror scripts

Those of you who want debian had better speak up!

Neither of the two debian mirror scripts are working. They weren't
running, and I've been looking at the errors.

Here's what they BOTH say (well, with their respective errors being
more specific to eithe rnormal or amd64).

I'm going to give up on the debian mirror stuff until someone feels
like assisting with debmirror.

I hope to get everything else adequately mirrored by Friday evening.
