speaking of M$

I have a M$ question.

On linux machines, to keep a remote log of dynamically assigned ips, I use
lynx -dump http://site/script.pl?$variable_of_ip, (simple cgi...)

I simply have this as a cron job.

Now on windows, I have this working also, as a scheduled task (lol). But one
glitch remains b4 glory (solution for work), when the bat is called, it pops
up the cmd.exe which will drive clients crazy. How do I get this damn thing
to run silent?

Sorry for the M$ question, but I know there's a few M$ admins there.

ot ;)
