Re: DSL problems at ACS - possible solution

I read but very rarely respond to this list and hope I got the response
method correct. About those ACS DSL problems-I think I may be able to
help get them fixed for people. My neighbor is a general manager as ACS
(hardware end of the business) and he wants to know of problems so he
can have them fixed. I just saw him accords the street and walked over
to check.

ACS has spent a lot of time to make my DSL connection work correctly at
the very end of the line. Phone tech support for software has not always
been as good as the hardware guys who make the phone lines bring fast
signals to my home. Perhaps my neighbor has had something to do with the
success I have had-but he DOES want to know of problems and I'll bet if
they can be solved they will be once it gets to his attention. If not,
well nothing lost of either your part or mine for sending on to him the
problems.

I have not saved the recent posts so send them direct to me at

 allan.shayer@acsalaska.net

or repost the rants here and I will send them on to him.

Good luck.

Allan
