Should be pretty simple then - set up the inside interface on the router
with an appropriate address, say 192.168.100.1/24, and the SuSE box with
192.168.100.2/24, turn off DHCP (for the inside network) on the router, set
the default gateway on the SuSE box to 192.168.100.1, set the dns server
entries to point to ACS's, and plug it all in. The router should pull an
outside IP from ACS. Check the cable types. I'd expect that the DSL modem
to router connection should be a straight through cable, but it may require
a crossover cable - check the docs...
