OpenGroupware (http://www.opengroupware.org/) is one. The problem is
that to actually talk to Outlook clients, you need the MAPI stuff
licensed from MS. 30 Euros per seat/user for their
(OpenGroupware's)ZideLook MAPI Outlook Connector.
