US Dept of Commerce 3-yr PO for Red Hat

The DoC signed a "Blanket Purchase Agreement" (BPA) with Herndon,
Va.-based DLT Solutions for Red Hat software and services to be obtained
from June 1, 2005, to May 31, 2008, and "is not to exceed $8 million."

... DoC's 15 agencies, including the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office,
the Census Bureau, the National Institute of Standards and Technology
and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), can use
Red Hat products through the agreement.
