Suse 9.3.1 is out

I'm not sure when 9.3.1 came out but I noticed it on my mirror today. I
only mirror updates. I'm getting the updates but it looks like I'm
getting them twice. I'll have to look into that soon because the server
I bring on Fridays is running out of space.

I'm no longer mirroring Suse 9.2. I've got 9.3 and 9.3.1. I figure most
people won't have 9.2 any more.
