As has been said, but I will expound:

After the Bios finishes it's test, just keep tapping F8 until you see a menu.

But I like the suggestion to just keep using it. Or, if you're really can't
get the F8 thing down, shut down your system while Windows is starting up: it
will complain about not starting the next time you boot. :)
