viewing mbox file / archive

I have an archived mail file that 'file' says is "ISO-8859 mail text"
(archive-inbox-1116459628.61.mbox: ISO-8859 mail text)
What is a good program to read this as a formatted file like I see in KMAIL.
KMAIL loads it but only views the first mail message.

Can less and grep it but I'd like to see images etc as in the original
messages without indiviually uudecoding them.
