If it's the box I think it is it actually only has two SCSI ports, the drive
tray is that third port and you'd need a short cable to connect the drives to
the controller (there was no internal cabling on some of those old models).
It's probably HVD, too, with an LVD SE connector for a CD, etc.

The box should have RAM in it, but odds are I probably have some around here
as well.
