PCI over cable bridge

A friend in Germany said a guy he knows told him (yeah, I know how that
sounds) there were PCI-Ethernet bridges available. I am trying to locate
such a device to remote a PCI card over gigabit etherent. I was able to
find one source and was wondering if any of you had any links?
