php configuration apxs

I have loaded libphp4.so as an apxs module in Apache and now
it's time to upgrade to PHP 5. When libphp4.so was compiled,
the configuration settings were not recorded. Is there any
way to retrieve this info from the binary, like the -V or -l
flags that you can use with the httpd binary?
