Trying to salvage old VHS Tapes....
Using Gv4l a 133minute tape with ffmjpeg codec? gives
me a 4gb avi file then another 1.2gb by manually returning
to the place it stopped and continuing.....
Mandrake10.0 with older BTTV878 chipset/card....
A thirty minute VHSC homemovie took 1.2gb as avi then compressed
to 330mb mpeg2....And worked for a SVCD.....
Would like to capture the whole tape as one file...
Is this possible without major reorganization ???
