I have the same vision problem :) Stability has MS connotations, that
have been aleviated by using GNU/Linux. Now the kernel folks are
talking about stability issues in Linux ? One thing to remember is
everyone starts with the same source, RHE & Debian. RH wants all kinds
of drivers etc. for high performane smp box's. Me I just want USB,
Firewire support, which works well by the way in 2.6.7, Debian Sarge.
I'll bring my new Debian mirror to Friday Nite. I have an external
firewire drive for the mirror to go with my laptop, now I can travel
with a Debian mirror :)
