Modem on Dell Dimension 8100

I thought I would share with you what I did to get the modem working.
Went out to http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/index.php#about and
downloaded the generic driver. Then I installed the kernel headers
(Mandrake 10 2.6.3-7.mdk) and ran the install script for the modem.
Piece of cake!
Linuxant makes the driver availible at 14.4kb for free. They charged me
$15 for the license key enabling the modem to connect at a higher rate.
My client was happy to pay $15 to move away from Windows (she kept
getting spyware). The only modem I found locally that supports linux is
a US Robotics external for about $100.

I see Linuxant does wireless drivers as well.
