favicon.ico is simply an icon trick for webpages. You place this icon in
the www directory and when people bookmark that page the icon shows up in
their bookmarks. It has nothing to do with Php or MySQL. It's a browser
thing. I would not worry about it. If phpmyadmin isn't working it's
something else. When you first install MySQL it has no password. You need
to set this up. Next change the config.inc.php file and add the MySQL
username/password. Also, you better add authentication to phpmyadmin or
Google might pick it up. That would be bad.
