MiTAC 6020+ laptop case

This is a long-shot, but I just received a MiTAC 6020+ laptop in perfect
working condition... except (of course) the plastic is starting to crack
around the hinges (on the LCD cover portion, not the base portion). As
a result the LCD is quite wobbly, and difficult to close.

Just wondering if anyone has one of these that is dead lying around.
Or knows where I could get just the case for it.
