converting to linux

For my final, I have a 20 minute persuasive presentation to give next
week on why the State should convert to open source. For this
presentation, I want to analyze the costs organizations have incurred
when they were hacked using M$. I also want to analyze the costs
organizations have incurred converting open source.

What are some good organizations for this, and yes I know about the
city of Munich.
