Need for Large Amount Storage

 I need some type of mulitiple drive cabinet (4+) or server
 for 250gig drives. I would like to use SATA drives.
 As each drive fills up I need to be able
 to unplug the drive, replace it, plug it back in and wait for
 it to be used again. It takes about two weeks for each drive
 to fill up.

 Does anybody know of or is using anything like this. I am very
 open to suggestions or solutions.
