...Since they make 90% of their revenue from business class customers,
it stands to reason that they're probably moving a similar percentage of
tech support back stateside. Hopefully.

Actually, they are only moving the call centers for their business class

machines back to the states. For the home lines of computers they are=20
still overseas.
