Wish I had your problems..My wife thinks I spend too much time with
linux.

Could be wrong but I would say boot up with a windows floppy and fdisk
(delete) the windows partition.

Grub should handle the boot afterward then you reformat partition from
linux.

Like I said, could be wrong.
