I have had a mail problem come up unexpectedly that I hope a lugger can
assist with. "Unexpectedly" because I haven't been fiddling with
anything that I would suspect might cause the issue. My mail server is
refusing connections to my other internal Linux servers. Some servers
are never allowed to connect, others are serviced occasionally but with
no logic I can discern.

None of my internal servers have any mail settings configured. They have
all worked correctly with the default root@localhost.localdomain mail
settings. A typical command is "mail -s 'Title Backup'
backup@firstamak.com < /var/log/backup.abbr". That results in the
message below appearing in the root mailbox of the sending server. Note
that these issues are only with my Linux servers. I have had no problems
with any other clients. The email address (in the log below) is good and
is serviced when mail is sent from my workstation.

I am running Postfix 2.0.11-5 with spamassassin and anti-virus software.
