My experience ('98 through 2000 anyway) was that you could barely even
get Novell training locally. MicroAge did everything short of telling me
not to bother, even though I had guaranteed funding from my company.
Yes, they offered Netware certification. No, they didn't have any
classes anytime soon because they could never get enough people. Now,
perhaps I would like to switch to an MCSE class instead... You can see
how that's self-feeding.
I would hope that any local Linux training would be offered
enthusiastically.
