I have used Network Solutions and JOKER.COM. Haven't had a problem with either one. Both provide a good site for admin of the domain. I think JOKER.COM is about half the price of netsol, but they are also in Europe.

My experience with resellers has sometimes led to admin problem. Some resellers requires you to submit any changes directly to them and some will charge for the change. I would look for a registrar that lets you admin your own account and doesn't charge for changes.
