I thought this might be useful for others. I had wanted a way to allow
only ftp to one directory without using a real account that would allow
someone to try and ssh in. After searching on the web and reading all
sorts of ways that this could be done I cobbled together this little
document. This is done on FreeBSD so I am not sure if it would also work
on Linux but I don't see why not.
