I know I am a bit of a traitor to be asking Win problem but here goes...
I just upgraded from Win98 to Win2k. I use to run batch files (*.bat) under
dos and Win98 to compile and run Java and C programs. Win2k does not seem to
recognize the *.bat extension as an executable. Other than developing on a
real platform such as Linux :-), could someone steer me in the right
direction.
I did buy to books on managing Win2k and found no mention of batch
processing other than using the task scheduler.
