  Sorry, don't have it and am in Palmer, but just a comment:
  If you are using Linux currently and have ncftp, it should
  resume downloading if you've lost connection.

  Example, I downloaded Slack ver 9 with ncftp. it took over
  24 hours. I had to break connection twice, and when I reconnected
  from the same directory, ncftp read the partial file on the desktop
  side and resumed download 'skipping forward' on the file at
  the server for the number of bytes that it read on the desktop.

  I don't believe that you have that feature with a http download.
