procmail recipes

I'm having problems with my procmail recipes I want a catch all
as the last recipe to move it to another folder

I've looke and every where I've seen an answer it told me to
put something like

:0 E:
inbox

but I tried that and I get an error in my logs:

procmail: Skipped "O E:"
procmail: No match on "inbox"
procmail: Incomplete recipe
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER=/home/joseph/Mail/.inboxes/new/1057435041.5358_0.localhost.localdomain"
procmail: Notified comsat: "joseph@0:/home/joseph/Mail/.inboxes/new/1057435041.5358_0.localhost.localdomain"
